There is no other industry where this is more true than the home-based business industry. Oh we can all try to sell our way to success, but we will soon become discouraged and realize that "being a rugged individualist" is rarely as easy as working with a team. You just need a few things to build a good team.
1. An honest desire to help others succeed.
2. A genuine interest in people.
3. A good system that can help you do the training and development.
That's it, everything else that you need, you can learn. But if you don't have these things, building a team will be difficult and your business will never reach momentum.
