Reveal Your Heart's Wisdom

Set aside some quiet time to write a letter that no one will read, except you, but will help you to reveal your heart’s wisdom and messages.

Write at the tope of the page the question you want an answer to, such as “how do I feel about my job?  or How should I move forward alone?

Write down all the things you wish you could say, what you wished you could’ve said, getting out all your feelings and thoughts.  Include memories, positive and negative.

Don’t analyze what you are writing, just let it flow from your heart.  Write without judgment and analyze it later.

When you are finished, leave it for a few hours before reading it or sleep on it before you look at it again.

When reading it look for anything unusual or significant.  Look for unresolved feelings, anger issue, things you can change and things you cannot.  What strikes you?

These are messages that come from your heart.  See if there is anything that is revealed to you.

At the very least this exercise gives you an outlet for expression, and at the most it will give you the answers you seek for moving ahead.
